Cancellations

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Cancellations must be made within 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made after this timeframe may incur charges.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your reservation within the specified cancellation timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund of your deposit or payment.

  • No-Show: If you do not arrive for your reservation and do not cancel within the specified timeframe, no refund will be provided.
