  • A valid government-issued ID is required for each guest during check-in.
  • A valid credit/debit card must be provided at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• Guest Responsibilities:
  • All guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification upon check-in.
  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any behavior that disrupts the comfort of other guests or the functioning of the property is not permitted.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its facilities during their stay. Damages will be assessed and charged accordingly.


• Children and Extra Guests:
  • Children under the age of 3 Year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
  • Extra guests may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to room capacity and availability.


• Property Policies:
  • Our resort maintains a strict no-smoking policy in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
  • Alcohol consumption is permitted within the premises, but excessive drinking and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Pets are not allowed on the premises.
  • Guests must adhere to safety guidelines provided by the property, especially around campfires and open flames.


• Liability:
  • We are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to exercise caution while using facilities and amenities. We will not be liable for any injuries sustained during your stay.


• Force Majeure:
  • In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control, Jaisalmer Tent Hotels reserves the right to alter or cancel reservations as necessary. We shall not be held liable for any resulting damages or inconveniences.
